The unseen energy of colour

I love using simple geometric forms and I’m fascinated by how certain colours can change how we feel. Carefully chosen colour harmonies can gently uplift our emotions, or influence mood and atmosphere.

Each colour carries its own visual resonance, similar to musical notes which carry their own frequencies. When thoughtfully brought together, colours create harmonies that can subtly influence how we feel.

Here I have created abstract compositions to serve as a kind of visual nourishment, allowing the viewer to connect with the unseen energies and the emotional resonance of colour.

Transcended Through Colour

In these series of works, I start by rendering the original subject into a simpler form, I then rebuild it with harmonies of colour and simple geometric shapes. This process discards the realism and dust, and reveals the joy and beauty that's hidden within simplicity. Using this process, the subject is reimagined until it transcends its original self.
